You are very correct Sen. Sotto. Senator must always be present in the Senate Hearing either physically or virtually unless a senator is sick.

Nagsalita ng nagsalita, ni hindi pinakinggan si Sotto. Nga naman hindi Senior Citizen si Bong Go, pinatanda niyo naman masyado HAHAHAHAHA. It's as simple as, if wala kang internet, you should be present in the plenary. If may internet ka and ayaw mo lumabas be online and attend virtually. Sen Franklin Drillon ever since has been attending senate sessions virtually I don't think I've seen him attend senate plenary sessions physically kasi senior citizen na siya. Tama talaga si Tito Sotto. It's as simple as that. No internet? Attend physically. Senior citizen and with internet attend virtually.

First off, learn to say PLEASE, WOMAN!!!! Learn to RESPECT & LISTEN!! Her "logic" or LACK OF IT, is Glaring!!!! I can see right through her! She's not there to serve the people at all! Power tripping is more like it!! I have been watching her & from my observations, it seems that her purpose is to create disorder & to protect her interests only!!! I think she should RETIRE for good!! And I say this as a citizen of my country.

Tama po kayo Sen Tito Sotto.. Hindi dapat ibilang ang boto absent o off line ang tao.. Hindi dahilan na dahil Senior Citizen ang iba ay may excuse.. Mam Villar hindi po kayo dapat na nasa Senado. Dahil Senior Citizen na kayo baluktot pa katwiran ninyo.. Kaya kahit minsan hindi ko binoto tong si Villar eh..
