- Every team needs a Benson on it. He is the right type of A-hole you need to keep the competition active - Rock is sturdy. He is wall - If that mf'n Wiggings learns effective hand movements to go with that power - got damn - I swear if the Block Bully can get this type of pressure up the middle ALLLLL the edge rushers are going to eat well - So much better effort, power and ferocity this over last year in the trenches - on both sides. Cannot wait for the season to start.

After watching these linemen bench with two plates on each side, I saw a recommended video of Amon Ra St. Brown benching with four plates on each side like a warm up. I wish these players the best this season because I am a USC fan rooting for Prime to shut up the haters and the coaches that did him wrong. This IS a special team and they win the championship if they set their mind to it.

It should be a rule that every competition that week has to have different people. Best 3 can’t repeat within the week, to push more of the players to Compete and Grow. So if/when a “Next Man Up” situation happens in a game or during the season they are all ready for the moment and have confidence they can respond to it. Because they’re practicing/preparing for it now both physically and mentally.
