I've never had a favourite housewife. I'm just out here watching these franchises but Heather is hilarious. She's hands down my favourite housewife. She lightens the mood whilst getting real and having her opinion. She ain't perfect because Jens behaviour toward her has never been that of a consistently genuine friend and Heather forgives her far too much but honestly, her flaws are even relatable. Sometimes we've had to be hurt a whole lot by that one friend before the light bulb finally turns on. Whatever. I'm here for her journey.

I was raised Mormon and can honestly say that half the shit that comes out of her mouth about the church is greatly exaggerated or just flat out not true though. And I don’t even consider myself a member anymore. I’ve seriously wondered if the producers have told her to play things up for sensationalism. For example, she claims it’s forbidden for a white Mormon to date or marry a black person-SO not true. Where she got that idea I’m not sure but she’s full of shit. She has also gone on and on about how abhorrent divorce is in the Mormon church and that’s a load of horse shit too. Mormon couples divorce right and left, as much as the rest of the US. It sounds like she was raised in quite a sheltered, uber Mormon family but that is not at all indicative of Mormons as a whole.

No, Mormons aren’t zealots-Heather was raised in an extreme Mormon zealot family. There’s a difference. Half the shit that comes out of her mouth is greatly exaggerated or just flat out not true. I was raised in Utah in the church. My family was not like hers. Sure, we were active in the church, but the way she talks about how she was raised sounds like her own family culture. These kinds of families do certainly exist in Utah. But is more like a Mormon subculture almost. MOST Mormons are just everyday, normal people who lead normal lives. They have no resemblance whatsoever to the weirdo FLDS polygamist people. The only major cultural difference with Mormons and the rest of the world being really that they don’t drink. And that’s it.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Some of us feel that a few of the women coordinated together to try to get the black woman Mary off the show or to feel isolated on the show. To have an African-American woman who did not get up in anybody's faces, did not fight with anyone, and almost never raised her voice to anyone to feel that her business her church was being attacked and her character to where she would feel the need to not show up or leave the show, those women are disgusting. Every single one of those women had moments to where they were self absorbed, and at least two of them Jen and Lisa would have yelling and screaming matches and get into people's faces but no one wanted to distance themselves from them. Everyone was still trying to get along with them but for Mary because she stood up for herself and she didn't let the drama and the chaos that the women were trying to stir up make her step outside of her person/character they were mad. They have no evidence about Mary doing anything wrong in her church just gossip. But any other woman when someone comes after their business or their family they seem to get the benefit of doubt, but everyone disrespected Mary and kept talking about her church without any type of proof. Like it was facts. Even tried to portray Mary like she is an evil person or a witch(Heather and cousin). When each one of them have acted in evil manners. If these two women or allowed to try to isolate and run off the only African-American housewife on the show, then bravo should replace her with another African-American woman and not one that is going to be screaming and fighting but one who would be just like Mary who is not going to participate in the drama. So they don't try to make her (black women)look like a stereotype. Each one of these women have done something to the other to make the other mad and they have tried to forgive one another or just apologize so why do they keep coming after Mary. Yes she does seem to be a little self-absorbed but each one of these women are. Then the new woman comes in who is a minority also and she first comes after Mary because she said that Mary is trying to tell her what to do and that was the reason for her to always have this chip on her shoulder when it comes down to Mary. She didn't even try to get to know Mary she came in based on other people's opinion of Mary and judged her. When they were on their mother's day trip it was really interesting the way the ladies were talking to Mary and ordering her to go get Meredith and bring her back to the table when each one of them had such a problem when Mary told them something. They all said no one's going to tell them what to do. They are such hypocrites. And if Mary doesn't come back and there's not another African-American housewife on the next season a lot of us will not be watching. Because it's pretty clear what's happening on these shows they don't want any representation of African-American people who are calm and mild-tempered. They want to bring in blacks who are screaming and cussing but they try to get along with everybody else like Jen. What happened to the conversations about how Jen acts. Whether she is going through something or not that behavior is unacceptable. They were upset because Mary expected Whitney to return her call. They didn't have any empathy for Mary, maybe she is going through personal things, but they don't care. And didn't care to even show her any consideration. It is disgusting to think that black people have to breakdown or cry for SOME to show them empathy (like Garcelle on RHOB). Almost like some Non-black people are intentionally trying to re-traumatize blacks over and over. They want to make it seem like black people or hard to get along with but when you got a black person who doesn't respond or engage then they try to find another way to take them down or out and it is despicable. Do better BRAVO!
