Heather is so inspiring in her positive outlook on things. I love what Paula commented about her never seeming like she's struggling with anything bc she remains so positive. What an amazing thing to have said about you by a friend. I love Heather's "get after it" spirit.

The only downside to a Heather Jackson video is that she makes me want to quit my job and become a professional athlete. Lol and I can't. But I don't think many pros make sport seem accessible like she does.
