Heather can save us, I truly believe that. She has answers, not questions. Heather has been a scholar in social science for many many years. We need to listen to her, she knows her stuff! No doubt about that.

I like that Heather refers to them as blacks instead of "African-Americans". I would love to have a 2 hour conversation with her about this crime and chaos problem to see if she would agree with me about how to punish these sadistic, feral "juveniles & teens".

Women in those communities reject "family men" as "soft." Gang bangers and drug dealers are seen as heroes in those communities.

If you removed ethnic minority crime from American crime statistics how much would the murder, assault and mugging statistics go down?!

Wealth does not trickle down, but lawlessness does. If there are going to be two different codes of justice then the strictest one should be for those who are sworn and well compensated to make and enforce the codes, and the more lenient one should be reserved for those of us who are not. End qualified immunity.

I was appalled by this podcast. The data points presented were incomplete at least and inaccurate at best. The guest's comments seemed vitriolic and accusatory and came across to me as suggesting that criminality and being Black are synonymous. It especially bothered me that there was outright dismissal of any systemic factors that shape how crime unfolds in densely populated areas in favor of the age old and absurd argument that "Black on Black crime is the crux of the problem and Black folks need to get their houses in order". I was also disheartened by the tirade near the end of the podcast where the guest asserted that it is "game over" for white men because their merit is being overlooked in favor of the mediocrity that is offered by non-white candidates for positions in various fields. The irony of such comments being made on a podcast that purports to be a space for women was not lost on me. It is LUDICROUS that this kind of presentation passes as thoughtful discourse about how to address the myriad of issues that influence criminal behavior. "Discussions" like this are a concrete example of why I find it so challenging to take conservative media seriously.

So what part of what she said is untrue? Just because the facts make you sad doesn’t make it any less true. Your missive is nothing more than spouting out the phrases you’ve heard from people who agree with your side and what the media tells you. The old “issues that influence criminal behavior” excuse, huh? We’ve thrown billions of dollars at this issue and provided more than enough “resources”. The only cause we haven’t examined and are forbidden from suggesting is black behavior. Behavior that is only encouraged and makes them feel entitled to do whatever they want, whenever they want. There are no consequences. Maybe some more midnight basketball would help?
