I'm super disappointed in Tiffany Hadish. Not only her praising Will's violent misdirected rage and trying to make it about homophobia, but that whole cringe fest of a red carpet interview where she was a mega see you next Tuesday to some reporter who said 'costume change' about an outfit change and trying to make it a race issue. I guess she's just all about being rich with her super rich pals the Smiths. I really thought she was out here trying to live her comedian dream, but she showed her true colors.

I BELIEVE JADA has broken him. The fact her entire career has been mediocre at best, that she doesn't see 'others' appreciating her the way she thinks she should be appreciated, she takes it out on Will. He is the one thing she knows she has control of and that gives her his power. Being married to Will has opened more opportunities for her than her talent level would've. Without Will, she'd be ordinary old, 'forgettable' Jada Pinkett. Jada pretty much castrated Will in public and he couldn't do anything but sit there, cry and take it. I, like many had respect for all Will has accomplished, This Oscar should've been THE highlight of his career. If he didn't do what he did, do you think anyone would even remember the GI Jane joke? Not only did Will Damage his career but now all people will talk about is how he's been by a controlled by an underperforming narcissist.

When Heather told that story I felt like crying too. I think she struggled with the question, ‘would it have been different if she knew the slap was in the joke’? I could go on, but won’t. 3) what Will did is the LEAST manly thing, it’s a toddler level outburst. Speaking of which, they’re terrible parents; look at the example set- have we heard him apologize to kids? How bout to his parents for humiliating them and potentially putting them at risk, too? There’s been gay rumors for years about this couple; I’ve been puzzled about her control over him forever, some claim it’s to hide his secrets. It’s 2022. WHO CARES. One more thing: my hair’s thinning, too. This is one of the best discussions I've heard on this. I wondered if Jada wasn't jealous knowing that Will was going to win the Oscar, was having a bad night, and the joke just sent her over the edge. Because of that, she subconsciously, or consciously, sabotaged Will, knowing he would do something like that. Seriously, if she didn't want to ruin his - not to mention other peoples' - night, she would not have reacted to that joke - she would have waited until later or until the next morning. My prediction is that after the Academy is done with the review in mid-April, Will Smith will enter rehab, he will split up with his wife after his stay, and then he will do an interview with someone like Oprah. It will take him roughly 2 years to get his career back on track - he will never be nominated for an Oscar or attend a ceremony again.

I was slapped too. By a catholic priest. And I was not even the one who told the joke, but a 14 years old student in front of his classmates. I’m just sharing because Heather shared her experience and I got inspired to share mine. We were the kids from the school, kids I know all my life, on Sundays we would go to church for mass and stay for confirmation class because we were going to performed our confirmation sacrament at the end of the year. We were on a line after church waiting for something. But the line was around the entrance of the church, like in a circular way so all the kids were able to see where I was. The kids (we were all around 14-15) had a joke that on the ceremony the priest would slap the person’s face. It’s less than a slap I think, but the joke was that we would all get slap, but guess what, the only one slapped by the priest was me. He gets into the entrance were we were. Some kid asks if the slap was a real thing that was going to happen to us. The priest (a man of about 80 maybe) doesn’t reply, looks around, picks one kid, walks towards him, open his hand and slaps him in front of his class, who laughs of course. The slapped kid, was me. And I have to say that I was a bullied kid because I am gay. Thanks priest for giving this idiots more reasons to make fun of me. Today I believe in God, but not in the Church (for more than one reason) There was never an accusation and I still did my confirmation like nothing happened. Because in my country, Panama, you do not question or acuse the priests. And I have to say my parents were “the ones that were more independent from the Church In the town” and this still had no consequences. And today it is not that much better in my country either. Religion controls Latin America from the roots. And I won’t share my opinion on Jada and Will in this comment because it’s about my slap, I will only say that I think they are super toxic and that what they did should have consequences. Chris Rock didn’t deserve the slap, Heather didn’t deserve the slap, I didn’t deserve the slap and no one does. Hi from Chicago.

I had this guy I went out with (once, mind you) and I told him kindly I didn’t want to see him again, and he went OFF. Super angry, aggressive text messages and I was pretty shook up, it took me a few hours to calm down. I didn’t think he would hurt me, but it was hard to get over that feeling.
@mrs.h27252 жыл бұрын
Never assume someone breaking like that isn't capable of hurting you. Also never meet them to 'just chat' one last time, unless it's a very public place with separate vehicles. Also bring mace haha. There's so many countless murder docs about ppl in that situation who didn't take it seriously enough, and kept giving the other person the benefit of the doubt. I had to have a guy dragged screaming and crying off my front lawn by the cops cuz I made the mistake of trying to be his friend after he'd started simping towards me and I turned him down.

7:03 Will should’ve stood Jada up, kissed spun her around to show off her dress/physique/gorgeous face and yea, the gorgeous bald head. Show the world that she actually is beautiful. They would’ve gotten an applause OR, he could’ve walked on stage, spoken into Rock’s mic and state that GI Jane was a badass played by a badass Demi Moore The problem was they went their with their defenses up because of past award show jokes and even some prior jabs that evening from other presenters. Life is how you react to what you’re given

Jada should have just taken the mild joke instead of sour pussing, huffing and side eyeing Will till he did something very embarrassing.
@clevermissfox2 жыл бұрын
Sounds like jada wants to play the victim . If she was feeling so badass and happy about alopecia she should’ve laughed. And exactly, he should’ve spun her around. He had no right to go up on stage. Or wait on the side of the stage and talk to Chris like a man. Fuck them. Team Chris. He handled that with such grace and professionalism

I agree with Heather & her point of view about Jada with her son's friend! She played with that kid's feelings, not to mention, has no business of even creating any type of circumstance with a young man like that; this alone is despicable behavior, let alone disturbing. Maybe this is why they do what they do. It's a creepy environment they've created towards each other. I don't know how to put it better. Great show Heather!

I didn't think the joke was mean. I think Chris Rock was saying that Jada could play the role that Demi did decades younger. I don't believe he knew about the alopecia. He was giving her a compliment, that's why he said 'it was nice' about the comment. Will Smith will forever known as that guy who did that horrible thing.

I would love if Heather talked more about about her time on Chelsea lately, I don't know Chelsea but she strikes me as a total narcissist and that slap seems like her idea. Maybe to just make Heather feel bad, or she thought it was just funny to not tell Heather or anyone it was happening. I've heard Jen Kirkman describe Chelsea as 'scary' also. She just comes off as SUPER mean, (which used to be her comedy style) and now had to switch to political bc it's not cool to be that bad of a person now, honestly.

It’s 4:00 am and this video was so good that I stayed awake. Thinking. What if WS had simply walked up to Chris onstage, said something in a low voice then turned around and walked back to his seat? End of confrontation. And neither of them ever spoke about it. Now THAT is worth talking about.
