43 yo here. day 5 of breaking off my relationship with alcohol. This. This workout. it calms my mind, allows me to give my body and my spirit the love it deserves. i feel so good about this start to my day as a full-time working mom, cheers to no more beers lol

I would LOVE an HR12week4 programme like this ... power yoga, cardio pilates, fusions and flows. It would be the best!🎉

wow!!! thank you thank you thank you !! You are incredible. I am 48 years old and a revolution within my body due to age changes. Until now I had not been constant and I gave up almost immediately, 10 months ago I visited your channel for the first time, now I have been doing each of your videos for 7 months straight!!! I turned 40 last year and have been here for 2.5 years. I do not do every workout, some weeks just two or three, or 10 min series, and my body is strong and fit. In terms of food I am also susceptible to weaknesses :). I am truly in awe what weight training and consistency do for my body and mind! It helped me through COVID and is helping me now through the war in my country, through my studies and family. I am forever grateful to Heather!!!

One hour ago I was feeling super stressed sitting at my desk. After this workout I am a new person. I find fusion workouts a tonic for the mind as well as the body thank you so much ❤

This one was sweatier than expected! I added some light, 2.5lb weights to a few moves and it made a difference! I swapped this one with Wednesday, because it was 10pm by the time I could fit it in. I’ll do Wednesday tomorrow, on Thursday! Thanks, as always! I’m obsessed with your monthly calendars; they’re the best!

really excellent yoga workout....great to do at home after a busy Saturday just before starting to cook etc etc...I like all forms of yoga but Power Yoga is still by far my absolute favorite 🥰

Thank you so much for providing all your fantastic videos for free--they are amazing. I love the variety and am wondering if you can do a few more yoga burn/yoga sculpt type workouts. No matter what you do, it's always an amazing workout!

I couldn’t get the workout this morning but I’m glad I got to do it after work. Perfect way to start mom evening tasks. I absolutely love the yoga fusion workouts, more please Heather❤. The side plank and lift got me though. My legs didn’t want to stay straight 🤭

I am always shocked at how strenuous these yoga/Pilates fusion workouts really are! I am drenched with sweat and my body has been worked hard. Thank you!!!!!

I underestimated this workout. 6th day working out and i said, et me do this yoga routine maybe it’ll be easy. Broke a sweat! Loved every minute!

I love these workouts but I wish you had some that were longer and a bit more challenging. This one felt like a good stretch but didn't work up any kind of sweat. Great to have both as an option depending on the day! Love your workouts and appreciate the ability to pick length and style!
