It's time for a No Repeat HIIT workout you guys!! That's right we are only doing each exercise one time so make the very most of each move. This full body HIIT will get you sweating and that ab workout at the end will set that core on fire! oww oww!
Breakdown: HIIT circuit X1 round 40s work + 20s rest.
Ab circuit x1 rounds 20s work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Absolutely agree. Workouts with a third round, partcularly, feel a bit monotonous.

Did #HR12WK2.0 (2x) and #HR12WK3.0 .. figured I would go back and do #HR12WK1.0. I don't EVER remember being THIS SWEATY!!!! OMG.. This is an awesome series!!!!

FINISHED DAY 9 OF THE WHOLE ROUTINE 🥳 FEELING GREAT! I can tell the difference in my endurance and strength. I didn't take the 2 days off...instead I did a mobility & stretch routine on Saturday...and then Dynamic Isometric 1 hour workout on Sunday...💪 listen to your body...if you don't need the rest...do a light day like stretching or active recovery...isometrics are a great way to switch it up for a light day as well 💗 soooooo glad today didn't have repeats!! Thanks Heather for the help to get back into my fitness routine! 🫂

I’ve worked out most of my life (for over 30 years). Most of the time I hit the gym 3 times a week for a cardio or a weight workout. I’ve also done hiit, swimming, aqua gym, aqua bike, yoga, Pilates etc.. None of these workouts compare to Heather’s. The types of exercises and the combination Heather creates are perfect for my body. I’m on week 2 - day 3 and I’ve already noticed tremendous improvement. I have more definition on both my upper and lower body. My waist is getting smaller and my abs are slowly but surely popping out. Before starting this programme, I did the 7-day programme and at the end of the week I could already see remarkable improvements. I would never have expected my body to change so much in such a short time! It never happened before, and I was a lot younger!! 😂😂 Seeing such unexpected changes makes me want to exercise every day, even if sometimes I feel sluggish. I’m looking forward to finishing this programme and seeing what other changes my body will have made. Thank you a million times!

I'm a guy who quit the gym last year and has been doing your workouts as part of my home routine. Can't work out why they seem to get harder instead of easier :) Well and truly stuffed by the end. I usually swap out one of the leg exercises for a biceps or triceps - but overall they're great for men as well as women.

Terrific Tuesday HIIT! I'm 48yo and a runner so I need to work on full body balance and this workout was amazing for me and my goals. Loved the star jacks and crab dance. I truly sweated on those moves. Thanks Heather. I will post a red faced sweaty photo today.

Thank you for these workouts! I’ve been using Beachbody for 4 years and can’t afford to redo my $100 membership. I’m recently getting over Covid also and hadn’t been myself in weeks. I didn’t exercise for about 2-3 weeks. I missed it, it’s helps me not only physically but mentally. So I searched full length programs on google and clicked on a couple and then I saw your programs, a free 12 week program! I have to have a plan! Lol. Im on Wk 2 and im loving it! Thank you!

For background, I've been doing P90X and P90X3 for the last 10-years and LOVE the program. That said, I really-really-really LOVE this program. The routines are way familiar, but with new twists. The visual presentation is simple, elegant and stunning, and the music is perfect. Many thanks to HR for putting this program together, and the team that brought it to the web.

Just want to say that I did this video with my boyfriend, who is very fit (goes to crossfit 4 days a week) and he was huffing/puffing sweating his butt off during this workout! I really showed him who carries the weights in this relationship!!! Love these workouts so much. Thank you Heather!

This workout was surprised. I accustomed myself to doing repeats during workouts yet. Today- no repeated. One exercise "Star Jump" is hardest from all the past exercises but I returned back and repeated again made an effort that my legs were straight during a jump. This is on the edge of my powers although I felt stunning after workout. It is a startling revelation. Second exercise "Jump squat" is not be easy, after I felt really tired myself . Thank you, Heather, You are the best. The constant changes!💖👸

After today's workout...I feel good. I am a little sore from yesterday but powered through. I love this 12 week workout program. It's so good. I have also tried the body boss and I feel that this is better and have more time on my hands for my day vs. That programs. So thank you Heather! 😊💪

Note to self: do NOT read the comments before doing the video. Felt so unmotivated, knowing it was a hard one. I kept saving my strength and not going all in, and before I knew I had completed the workout feeling like I could do so much more. So I did! I did the workout again and forced myself to complete all the exercises the right way. Had to take two extra breaks and was really thankful for a commercial break lol but I DID IT!

WEEK 2 DAY 2 DONE, AND IM DOWN 2 KILOS! I weigh myself on a weekly basis.. personally it keeps me motivated with my progress! Thank you for this programme - I cannot believe its FREE! Looking forward to tomorrows workout - despite cussing out the killer core finisher today

I confess I did week 2 day one and 2 on the same day...I will be feeling it this evening. I am driven by knowing how good the end result will feel and look. Now, if I could just sleep a little better and stop snacking! I guess the stress of the pandemic and California fires (there is literally a fire burning about 10 miles or so away from my house) makes those two factors I mentioned previously slightly more challenging, but my reason for needing exercise that much greater. Totally appreciated the workout this morning. I was feeling super yucky when I got out of bed, nothing but a great workout to clear out sinuses and make you drink tons of water. Loved that I had a program to make me do it this morning, makes me feel like I can’t miss a day or I’ll be behind. Feeling much better than when I got out of bed. Great workout. Thanks!

Heather!!!! You rock!!! My wife and I discovered you about two weeks ago and have been doing your workouts every morning since. They are perfect!! They are short, sweet, and to the point, but woahhhhhhhh they are a WORKOUT lol. My wife and I are getting ready to travel the world for a whole year and try to form a youtube channel audience for ourselves, and we were worried about how we will stay in shape while traveling and moving all over the place, and of course eating as much of the worlds cuisine as possible, thennnnn boom we found you and realized that your videos are our PERFECT solution for how we are going to stay in shape on the road!! So thank you for all you do! Keep going, you rock!!

I also love the No Repeats workouts. But after finishing 2.0 I have to admit, that these workouts with repetitions are soooo effective! But I will always smile when a No Repeats workout is on the schedule. 😊

I am super proud of myself for coming this far with your workouts heather, i am so consistant and nothing gets in my way of me doing my workouts. i do this everyday when i get home from work. i feel amazing. thank you so much for your help.

Thank you so much Heather for this wonderful program! I'm going through very challenging IVF treatments with great impact on my body and mind, but after each failed treatment I like doing your work-outs to feel good again and try to get my hormones back in balance. Thank you

Love these workouts and the four week program... You got me hooked and getting stronger and leaner with no gimmicks... Just sweaty workouts and stretching!

Ok so because I did two of her ab workouts yesterday (Day 1), I didn't get around to Day 1 until Day 2. this is the first time I've worked out with weights since April. This workout was PERFECT for just getting back in it. I might do Day 2 today if I feel "Hulk"ish but this was a great workout! :)

Sweat sesh W2D2 in the books! That Star Jump at the end had me looking like a jellyfish 😂 Heather Robertson's form is definitely #goals. And who else just completely took off their shoes during the Ab Circuit?? 😂🙋🏾‍♀️ The flutter kicks reassured me I have muscles under my tummy. I couldn't believe just how strong I have become. 11 months after cs and I could do this. I only modify when lunging or raising my leg on my right side. I feel so much better
