Unbelievable nice job not only do you understand the circuit. I have a great way of explaining it. I have a problem on the A side Problem I see is that the error amp one side is 5 volts the other 1 volt.

My Dad was partial to Knight Kits. I remember going with him to Allied Radio as a kid. I warned to solder when I was 7. Dad was bound and determined to have at least one engineer son. I've got a Hallicrafters SX100 and Knight R100A I'm currently restoring.

I have, and built the following: Heathkit IP-2718 Regulated Power Supply. I still have this and it works good. Sabtronics 2000 Digital Multimeter. I still have this and it works good. Heathkit Electronic Workshop 19 Model SK-50. I don't have mine anymore. In your description on the Heathkit JK-27 "Electronics Workshop 19 video, you say "I think I had more long term fun with the erector sets, Lego bricks, chemistry set, telescope, microscope, this "Electronic Workshop", and my first tape recorder, ..." I also had erector sets, chemistry set, microscope, Electronic Workshop (Heathkit and Radio Shack), and reel-to-reel tape recorder (3" reels)."

HI. I know this is an old video but still wonder if you know if this power supply intended of course for bench work, could be used as a power supply for audio equipment like turntable or DAC? Is there a lot of RF noise that would make it unsuitable for such a purpose? What are your thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Good day to you sir. This is a coments on trains, I only mention it in here since this is your newest video. I see Amtrak launched the new viewliner 2 coaches. Looking forward to see your review on that in the near future. Also, I hope you don't mind. I am part of a facebook group called Amtrak fans, and I mentioned your channel in there for people wanting to know more about the routes etc. Your videos are the best I have seen by far. others either don't speak, or play annoying music the whole time. Hope to see more of your train videos soon.....

jbaymanec, I am trying to put together a new Train Odyssey, the problem is that I can't make reservations until I can manage to get my COVID vaccinations, as some people I want to visit during the trip prefer that I have that done as a condition for visiting.

The series is NOT a serial number. Many of the same model item will have identical series numbers. Heathkit did not put serial numbers on their labels.

@@youtuuba oh but the link did work and it came out very nice. Everything was really easy to read and then I ordered the parts that I felt that I needed to replace. I never downloaded the schematic and now when you click the link it doesn’t work anymore. Have you tried the link lately? And I can’t find the post where I commented that you didn’t have sound.
