Nice video = thank you. I like your DIY BNC probe solution = a secure and sound connection. Glad you found a place for the 1M probe resistor inside the case; I was going to suggest that. What do you think of the Novus plastic cleaner? Link? Just wipe it on and off? Is the Tarn-X just wipe on and off, too? Does the new bottle of Tarn-X make the same discoloration? Cheers!

I thought tha resistors had to be disconnected on one end in order to be tested? he did not say if he disconnected the resistors before testing?

There’s a guy on eBay that makes a battery eliminator circuit, it worked great in mine. I couldn’t get mine past the 5v cal step for some reason.

this meter NG ,don't go to half scale wen you adj zero on the knob and then go to half , HEATKIT STUFF are BIG JUNK , they are good for HAM people only because they don't know better but for a TEC guy this is junk
