Connecting flight security check in Heathrow is reasonable not very long time, it is fast compare to other European connecting flight security check, for example Frankfurt and Amsterdam. No immigration check took place, as only inside the departure terminals afterwards, with shops/malls like plaza and finally to your departure gates. You are not entered to UK/London afterwards The video stop because arrived security-check, you should tell the staff if you have not much time left for the connecting flight, they are willing to arrange for you😊

Yes no need to pass through the Normal border control (which spends me 1.5hr 3pm to 4:30pm in a last new entry) But you still undergo a short and fast Heathrow security check, and everybody care you timing left for the connecting flight, it happens at the end of the video, but I cannot film it in this area, it cost less than half hr,(15-20 minutes in this video case)

Yes, you need a small scale security check. Last time it takes me about 15 minutes, tell the staff if your transfer time is not enough, they will try to arrange for you....

The connecting bus travel time is real that long at night time, so you should prepare enough time of your transfer...... I will upload the 2nd part of this video after security check(checked, just 2-3 minutes more to arrive departure terminal).

great.very helpfull..I have to travel to T3 from T5..so there is no need of UK visa? and out checked baggage will be transferred to the next connecting flight automatically.right?

No Visa checking(except gate of getting airplane,it depends...), but have a fast security check just after the end of the video, because I need to turn off for the fast security check maybe within 15-20 min

I didn't bring large baggage this time, only hand carry. I believe baggage will be transferred to the connecting flight....

The transfer buses are necessary, it should be going on...... Passengers of connecting flight need, I had been there one month ago for a new video, nothing changed there....

Thank you for this video. However, I have 2 questions and please give me some infos: _ the bus you took will continue driving to terminal 4 or you must change to others. How long does the trip from terminal 5 to terminal 4 take? _ Do you have to clear immigartion or security control after reaching new terminal? Thanks alot.

Just read your message, In my video, a smaller scale and a much faster security check following afterwards(then enter terminal 3 restricted area/shopping mall/shop and departure gates, no immigration check), the staff will care urgent or not of your next flight (connecting flight), If you are urgent, show your air ticket then!!

For Terminal 4 bus gate at 2'35" For Terminal 3 bus gate at 2'47" Instructions signs also appears at 2'30"(2'21"-, and 1'38"-2'00")..... Terminal 4 buses seem different, but the buses gate near by

I landed at T5, walk 3-5min arrived the "free of charge" connecting buses in the video it takes 9 min, but actually about 10 as I paused out 1min buses slow or stop time, but it is for T5 to T3. If for T5 to T4, distance seem almost one time more.....so I believe it takes 15-19min.....so take care then, should have good time management

I'm rewatching my video...... T5 to T4 is another buses, for my buses, I forgotten to look back the bus will go... In my experience, other place may take a much longer time in security check of connecting flight for example Frankfurt and Amsterdam, For Amsterdam to London, the time is so tight that even I do not have time to record a short video....

You should be careful of transfer timing, some airports take a long time for each traveler, for example in the Netherlands and Germany. So when you transfer a plane, let it be one and a half hr or more always made you feel less stressed

To travel from terminal 5 to terminal 3 , we dont have to leave the airport right ? And if usa visa is there , there is no need to take transit visa right ?

Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 is no need to leave airport and can be done inside the airport, free of charge transfer buses can take you to another terminal. Let's me tell you something more in this example, I was starting my journey in Dublin, Ireland and transfer plane to Hong Kong of Asia "without leave the airport" and did not enter UK in this time

connecting bus is free, but if your destination needs a visa, ask airport and airline staff for more accurate procedures to get the final plane..... I am sorry, the airport/airline staff may know more in detail of your needs Thank you
