Great job on the install, I like the clean mounting look. Where did you source the square tube and Vibration isolator padded hanger bolts from? I'm looking at the same garage heater and install approach. Would be great to see a review of your HeatStar heater with any pros/ cons.

Thank you @Ken C.! I will for sure do a follow up review in the long term. It’s been a week so far and I am loving it. All my parts was purchased at Lowe’s. I spent about $120 or so Canadian with all the parts.

@jnb tuning Is the 50,000 btu unit sufficient to heat your 3-bay garage? I see heat star have a 80,000 btu unit, think it’s overkill for my 30x24’ 3-bay garage?

@@kenc.8791 on my 3 car garage which is under 700sqft, it is more than enough. It is rated to heat 1666 sq.ft. The 80000BTU will be overkill

Thanks for checking in! I had it running all winter long and worked well with no issues so far. I love that I was able to work in the garage comfortably during the cold winter months. Please stay tuned for the one year update on the subject.
