Knob Creek 9yr is my go to for around $36...I have an unopened bottle of that Heaven Hill BIB that was gifted to me and I was saving it for a special occasion but now you've got me rethinking that.

Capn, another informative review of one not to do. I'm going to try "Kirkland Bottle and Bond" 100 proof this weekend. I tried some from a friend Fairly smooth and a good finish, too. Perhaps you might consider doing a review on it?? Cheers, Mate.

I’m new to this bourbon thing and your channel. I’m noticing you don’t care much for mid priced bourbons. It seems that anything over about $40 needs to overwhelm you. Hey, I ain’t mad you, I couldn’t agree more.

I guess the question is what do you declare mid priced. Everyone has a different definitions. But, I like a lot of mid tier I like. Legent, Smoke Wagon Small Batch, Bakers, etc. I do agree, it does not have to be expensive to be good.
