I am loving this! I practice every morning when I first wake before breaking fast, before conversation. I really lays a soothing foundation to the start of my day. I also do these movements when I am in the swimming pool, very relaxing. Thank you.

The verbal commentary is the transmission of the essence of the practice. It helps one connect deeper to the meaning of each movement. That's my understanding.

....where is Movements 6-10? I was taught these by my naturopath many years ago and nowhere, even on google, am I able to locate the the final 5. If anyone know where I can, please give feedback. Thanks!
