Have to agree. This album as a whole has a lot of Queen-sounding riffs, but none so much as A Better Me, which could have easily slid into place on the B side of the Bohemian Rhapsody LP. Maybe just a hint of Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well?

+Lazarus Not really, this is clearly inspired by Queen :). Other PowerMetal or Symphonic metal or Prog Rock can be inspired very differently again. Not at all bad, as otherwise it would all sound the same lol! :D

Lazarus Nah, not all Queen is, just some that are very well known. There is a reason we learn about Classical Music as much as we do. It is a very good base to start listening to, much of it is reused in one shape or form in more modern pieces. That said Queen had a lot more music people don't know about and not all of it was that good lol ;). Tastes differ too of course what one person likes someone else doesn't. However in Queen's lifespan they produced quite a few different styles, although riffs like the ones played by Brain May often remained a bit of a constant, it still could sound very different :). Not a bad thing ;). I guess I more took in to you claiming it was just powermetal that is like that :P. Which really is nothing more than a made up genre that some bands subscribe to while others don't ;) even though they might sound very similar. In short, people just play what they like and we listen to what we like. The labels we attach to them, like all those different forms of metal, is nothing more than bands claiming style and our human instincts to label it :P.

très bon .. mais autant s'appller Queen 2 .... on peut rendre hommage , mais plagier à ce point ça en devient naze .... et Heavenly se perd dans sa personnalité déjà si fragile ... l' album de trop ? un hors série mal annoncé ????

Je suis d accord qu ils perdent pas mal de personnalité avec cet album, mais personnellement, je préfère ce groupe a Queen, même si il est impossible de nier que c est de la que vient l inspiration
