Haha well the choral intro is really cool, but the first few seconds with the string instruments using vibrato is stolen directly from Rise of the Valkyries.

The concept of stealing in music is very closed minded. There are a lot of songs that use rifts drum patterns etc to compliment their music. Unless the entire piece is taken without permission it then would be deemed stolen or a cover. Though a cover usually has something changed somewhere in the song.
