Thanks for the video on the use of the cake pop easy roller. I did notice however you were getting cracks in your cake balls and there is a way to prevent this. I am attaching a link to the "perfect cake pop dough" which does not require any icing (icing is what causes some many problems with the cake balls. This recpe calls for a few additions and changes to the box mix (one recipe for vanilla, one for chocolate). I see people all the time trying to figure out what is wrong with their cake balls and in every case, they were adding icing or some other substance AFTER cooking the cake. If you follow this recipe which calls for additions to the cake batter itself, you will never need to add icing, or anything else to make the cake balls smooth and delicious. By the way, the lady who created this machine, said that she does NOT add anything to her cake after baking. After seeing the recipe at this link, it is easy to see why. most people are trying to "fix" it after the cake is made, but adding extra ingredients to the box mix BEFORE baking it, prevents problems like cake pops falling apart, oozing oil ect. I got the cake pop roller, and made my cake mixture, but I got it too moist, what can I do to improve it before rolling it. Do you think I can use some graham cracker crumb's. I don't want to bake another cake, please someone reply tks Nicky

The only thing I don't like about this product, is that it's basically a dud if you don't have the plastic guides; because she doesn't sell them separately on her website. You are therefore forced to buy another machine when you only need the guides.
