7:36 and when you feel a downwind capsize coming on - give the sail a pump (pull in) to help avoid it. Takes some practice and seems counterintuitive but works.

Need to hike more, no reason your feet should be on the leeward side of the boat

There actually so many mistakes in this video that you’d need decades to count them all. Thats for the advice, I plan on replacing the hiking strap because it’s being held together by bungie cord and a prayer.
