Marioff HI-FOG® Water mist fire protection systems are full-scale fire tested for each application to prove their performance and to meet the water mist type approval criteria.
This video illustrates a heavy-duty gas turbine in the test enclosure during a fire test conducted to obtain an FM approval for HI-FOG water mist fire protection system. The fire test scenario in the video is spray fire which imitates a pressurized malfunctioning flammable liquid line or a connector such as a lubrication oil line.
