Waiting for a Samsung Odessey G9 Neo 57" support. This looks awesome. Many can hold up the monitor itself, but the tilting mechanism sags down due to its awkward center of gravity distribution being too far forward and heavier than the 49" version.

Having issues with the tilt function where the VESA Mount is. Im not sure if it's because my monitor is too light or what... My monitor is facing towards the ceiling...😅 I dont have any other issues other than that.... Model: POUT E19 Dual Heavy-Duty RGB Ultrawide Monitor Arm

Same problem here. Two units and returned both because I can't figure out why the monitor head mount won't drop. I've searched and searched and I must be missing something because you're the 1st person other than myself I've found who has had the same issue. It just doesn't move down from the position it was in when unboxing the unit

Should be a hex bolt where the vesa mount point. Loosen that up to tilt and once the monitor is level tighten it up. Once that's done you should be able to tilt the monitor up and down as you need

I loosen the hex bolt and monitors still faces the ceiling.

never seen this one, but i do have one of their other arms for my LG ultrawide, imho i think their pretty solid, though I wish I used the clamp instead of drilling a hole in my desk

@@slyvonix1456 finally some comments! thank you. This adds a little bit of faith since I bought their MI-4881 model for the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 for $250 instead of shelling out $399 for the Ergotron HX (which seems to be the popular go to choice of monitor arm to support the Neo G9) but I'd rather save $150 in my pocket. The Ergotron is WAY over priced. When I get it I'll be back here to let you all know how well it holds up.
