What's the perks on the FS and armor?

Not sure which build you’re asking for specifically but around this time I was into using thwarting strikes and fireball on weapon with the incinerate perk on my armor. Both of these abilities got massive nerfs in the firestaff “buff” so these builds aren’t as viable right now.

hahaha im also running heavy fs but with ig and i am having fun with my current build so far. It is decent in arena and strong in 1v1. It is also fun cause everyone is crying about how braindead the build is hahahaha
