In the official video of the song Elodie is starring (as an actress) the legendary italian diva Ornella Vanoni that used to be very popular in Brasil in the 60es and 70es. Now she's 87, she recorded albums with Vinicius de Moraes e Toquinho and sang a lot of brazilian songs during her career. Her italian version of "Sentado a beira do Caminho" (L'appuntamento) was a smash hit around the world and sold more than the original version :)

at the SanRemo festival the orchestra has an important role, the Maestro Conductor has an important role. Each artist receives from the conductor who will conduct the piece, 3 orchestrated versions of their piece: a minimalist version, one with an average use of the orchestra and one instead with a very strong contribution from the orchestra. Try listening to Zitti e Buoni with the orchestra at SanRemo and the official version ... and it's a rock song

The Sanremo Orchestra includes also several vocalists so probably some of the back vocals of the studio versions were performaed here by those vocalists.... however for this particular song I prefer the studio version because I find the orchestra here taking down a notch the up beat tempo of the song and making it less modern. IMHO 😊
