After winning the Phantom Singer Season 2, an audition program to select a crossover vocal group in 2017, he has been actively promoting his 3rd full-length album and several single albums. This song is the title track of the mini album released on May 30th (Korean time). It consists of 2 classical singers (bass & tenor), 1 musical actor (R&B style emotional voice), and 1 rocker (rock & falsetto). He performs almost all genres such as rock, classical, ballad, pop, folk, trot, tango, and jazz, and presents a variety of singing skills, unique voices, and fantastic songs. Each of them sings in multiplayer and moves back and forth in different ways. In particular, the singer-songwriter (Kang Hyung-ho), a singer-songwriter, alternates between falsetto and rock or ballads in one song. Un contratenor roquero con un don extraordinario, capaz de sonar como un ángel o de rasgar su voz a antojo. Un tenor dramático con una calidad interpretativa que te llega a la entraña. This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; a survival audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world! Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed. You can even see them dancing singing Smooth Criminal as well! And they broke the record of their own with Lazenca Save Us winning 4 trophies for King of Kings in a row in Immortal Songs 2! Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (ex-research chemist & rock vocalist with soprano falsetto voice), Cho MinGyu (classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (musical actor, one of the semi-finalists from Voice Korea 2, rough-textured husky tone with R&B, Pop groove). Each has distinct tone and style of singing, different charm. But all of them are famous as practice-freaks. Ko WooRim said they met more than 300 days an year together in Phantom Singer All Stars behind interview but in a radio program the leader (Cho MinGyu) revealed it would be around 20 days they didn't meet in the year. So I think this explains how their perfection executed. Don't miss their new m/v for Save our lives! It's full of wonders.

In this m/v each of them is representing an element. Kang HyungHo (I'll write HH, who first started the song) is the Fire, Bae DooHoon (DH, who second sang after HH) is the Water, Cho MinGyu (MG, blue hair) is the Air and Ko WooRim (WR, low voice) is the Earth. It's just first chapter and they opened all the possibility for audience. You can free your own imagination and interpretation. But I believe they gave the hint for this concept with their cover for Inner Universe and they told their Lazenca Save us and Bad Romance would show the concept of next album coming. I am so happy for them they have got such an epic original song of their own. I think they deserve world recognition for their massive talents and dedication for music. Their live singing is a way better than any recording so I hope they can go global tour after this covid situation is terminated.
