Yesterday I felt suddenly exhausted. I recognized the signs and lay down for a nap. I asked John to wake me at 3:30. I woke up at 8am...the next day. Chronic fatigue can and will strike with or without warning. Listen to your body, do what it says. Rest, eat well and don't stress over things you can not change. God bless each of you. I don't usually make comments on video's, but am compelled to leave one this time around. I received my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday and had difficulty sleeping with fever and body aches. Could barely relax, but this rain sound, Sir, has helped me tremendously to finally get some rest when all else failed! On a side note, I also listened to your rain video's when I was pregnant and that is what helped me get and remain comfortable especially when I was in my third trimester. Thank you, Sir! You are awesome.

I don’t even watch to go sleep I just watch to relax and just imagining myself being there, I loved walking in the rain or just sitting in it, also I always used to pretend my cat went missing when it rained so I could just walk around and be myself, and relax, but I haven’t done it since April 17th 2020 when my cat sadly past away, she was with me my whole life and was always my best friend, I miss you Porscha and always will, sleep tight my little buddy ❤️17.04.20❤️

This is really some soothing music.
