Put some head phones on, close ur eyes and just listen to the sound…try not to think of anything but the rain falling and the wind blowing. Try having a fan blowing gently. But the main thing is try not to think of anything but the rain and wind. Don’t think about tomrw or what u did today. Or the past or the future. Just try to think of nothing. It’s hard to do but once u can do that. You will sleep in no time. I put headphone on and turn my brain off and within 2 minutes….ZZZzZzzzzzzzz. Took me awhile to do this but now that I can sleep is easy. Hope this helps. Wish you a wonderful peaceful sleep. Take care Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz….
