Heavy Thunderstorm with Flash Flooding and Hail South Los Angeles 2019 (Storm Chasing Vlog)

SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK IN SOUTH LOS ANGELES ; COMPTON ; CARSON
A strong thunderstorm that was located over Compton and Carson produced flash flooding and lots of hail!
This storm was stationary for several hours before drifting to the east! The storm developed around 11:00 AM in Compton before moving eastward around 2:30 PM.
This storm produced pea to dime size hail according to witnesses and the National Weather Service.
Street flooding was a major factor in the city of Compton. The storm forced CHP to shut down the 710 FWY due to flooding.
The storm eventually drifted to the east towards Orange County before dissipating.
