Isn’t it so cathartic to play piano to express your emotions? Your fingers and hands know the exact action to take because of all your training, even when your body can barely muster the energy. Beautiful. I’m an intermediate/advanced amateur player and understand how to improv to express my emotions, but it’s nowhere as beautiful as yours. It’s just as cathartic for me though. Cheers!
