I don't even get how Fury is not disqualified forever for tampering his gloves, power punching on opponents eardrums until their sense of direction and balance was neutralized (very obvious in Fury vs. Wilder 2 & 3), being part of a family which is deeply involved in organized crime (who rigs fboxfights? the mafia.), postponing fights until his opponents retire, hitting with the palm of his hand, being caught using steroids.

Er? Bit of a stretch on all fronts there mate. Like him or loathe him you can't ignore him in the fight game. He's an entertainer and that's what he set out to be from the start (couldn't stand him or his Dad at the beginning). Precisely because of their crassness, flashy showbiz approach, vulgarity you are completely wrong footed when the vulnerability shows through - John's documentary when he talks about not being around for the family due to his time in prison; Tyson's fall from grace due to his addictions and talking openly about his suicidal thoughts. The whole "Irishman" link is a brush that tarnished boxing as a whole. Let's be real here it was hardly surprising or new considering the history of the sport. I don't think the points you've raised will define his legacy. Tyson mark 1's legacy stands despite being convicted of grape. Even after biting off part of Holyfield's ear he has now been thoroughly rehabilitated. The pugilist's road is very dirty one

@@latsword3513tbh I don't remember when Fury had a fall from grace since he had no grace at all, like he fights dirty af in all his fights from the very beginning, even against Cunningham. The addiction and suicide stories are hardly believable, don't think it's any more than another ducking decoy. dude should have his own Reality show for his 'fans' - which are mostly british and most liekely will ignore him as soon as he loses the WBC. he might be a (trailer park level) entertainer and an intimidating bully and a great bareknuckle fighter as well but he's not an athlete and I think he never was. that's why he is no champion too. it just doesn't make any sense that he didn't get banned for all his shenanigans, unfair boxing, tricks, cheating, ducking etc. and to me it feels really weird if anyone compares him with Mike Tyson :D or some fans even compare him with Ali, it's pathetic.

Fury has already been exposed by an MMA guy. He has minimal skill compared to Usyk. Fury's dirty tactics as in the Wilder and Recent Dilian White fights likely won't work on Usyk due to Usyk's great speed and footwork. I think Usyk will send Fury into retirement for good
