Please prayerfully meditate on Genesis 1 again (along with referring to the Hebrew words and meanings of 'day', 'night', 'evening' and 'morning'). Reading only what it says and not what you are expecting it to say.

The evening (erev) and the morning ( boqer) are both parts of the day. In fact they are the boundaries of the day. Hence an evening and a morning comprise 1 day. The order does not matter as it is not a sequence being described as it would have said from evening to morning, but the reason why evening is stated first is because prior to the evening was the day which the day, then the we circle back to morning to demonstrate how a day is encapsulated. Remember earlier in Genesis 1:5 God called the light day, the darkness he called night. Contrary to popular belief the evening is not part of the night but the end of the day. We should not seek to join what God has separated, and this exactly what is done when we talk about a 24 hr day.

It does seem by our Father's creation to reveal a day begins at the light of the sun. When it is directly overhead is the middle of the day and then following it casts its shadow and begins the evening of the day. Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: Jeremiah 31:35 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1 Thessalonians 5:5 This verse in Revelation also speaks to this as the woman is clothed with the sun. You put your clothes on first in the morning. And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: Revelation 12:1

Thank you, excellent overview. We know that in the holy scriptures God teaches by example. Please consider the 7 days reviewed here as an example from God to us. What are they an example of? Are they not an example of human history? Each day is an example of 1,000 years. Enoch taught these things. It looks like this - Day 1 Adam Day 2 Noah Day 3 Abraham Day 4 David Day 5 Church Age Day 6 Church Age Day 7 Day of rest, Sabbath day, Kingdom Age etc...

Good analogy but I don't believe in a Church Age. All who keep the commandments of YHWH and have the testimony of Yeshua the Messiah belong to the Kingdom of Yisrael.

@@BYInitiative The prophet Isaiah wrote about the leader of the Church Age who would come - He said in Isaiah chapter 53 - 3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment...
