I asked around a bit amongst my connections and a very good friend of mine who took part in the performance said "This was the program finale in Norway at the Bergen Musik Festival . (1982 or 3 )". By the way, the three men (neither of them was the person who told me the date) are Michael, Hayo, and Benedikt.

Thank you so much, Bevis. I truly appreciate this information. I love this pieces and I couldn't locate more info. If this was in 1982 then my very fist eurythmy teacher Gail Langstroth should be in it too. I'll ask her.
