This is how to use heads of other figures, trimming with a Dremel tool, adding O-rings to fit with Classics and Origins.
This was actually taken from a class I taught online about Retro-fitting heads:

I cut out all the fluff, and sped up some of the long sanding sequences. There also a new tidbit at the end that was not included in the class.

Hot glue or silicone would be a good alternative to this 2 component glue. I would use silicone.

I am looking on amazon and at your MasterClass Tools sheet and the o ring number (maybe #60) doesn't look as thick as what i'm seeing for those extra spacers? I get my all my o rings at Menards, so I go on the numbers that they have there. I got two number fives two number sixes two number ones, hopefully it will work with the ones I got

Go to He-Bro.com scroll down about halfway for the sizes of o-rings so you can measure them.

@@HeBroTV I'm doing it right now and I'm pretty sure I got the right size O-rings , because it seems to fit pretty well. I didn't know what you were using as a cushion peace between the O-rings and the top of the inside of the head so I just used the nub that was cut off of the bottom before I started

I don't recall, if it's hard plastic, you'll have to either break apart the toso, or destroy the head to remove it. If it's runner heat it up and very carefully remove it by pulling at and angle. (Easy to rip)

@@HeBroTV yes its hard plastic. Since it has a complicated mechanism inside I hesitate to crack him open. I have nothing against scrapping the head through. How should I proceed? Just slice at the base of the neck with a sharp object? Thanks for the feedback btw thats cool.👍😁

@@jean-francoislabelle6489 Get some large channel lock pliers, and crush the head, and use side cutters (Wire cutters) to cut and pull out the pieces, take your time, do not use an exacto knife. Take breaks if you start to get frustrated, and try not to pull too much off at once or you may damage the torso.

I tried it my way at first... and it worked! Sy-Klone head doesn't have a pin like the other figures, just a hollow cylinder connecting to the torso. So, with a big X-knife I could easily cut it. Figure you would like to know, since your the biggest MOTU customiser I know. Keep on putting a good show!

Can the 'As Seen on Tv' heads be swapped, too? Those are fitted way tighter and I don't think they just pop off.
