Aoa Brother. I need your help.. I have submitted my application on hec portal as well as on commonwealth website. Now what’s the next? I have downloaded hec application and now should I physically send this to hec through courier ?? Because there’s showing I have to pay online but where there’s no option for paying ? And I didn’t get any email from hec about application submitted confirmation
