One more thing, in the TCS office, either you or any of your blood relations can send the documents. They do not accept documents if you do not have any blood relation with the applicant.

HEC made new rule for fees submission. Apko task denga courier Receipt ka uspr click karan or usma ek consumer number dia hoga . Usko kisi bi bank ka app pr 1 Bill invoice wala option ma jakar jama karan.Or bank ka fees submission wala message ki print out application form ka st lagana lazmi ha for payment verification.Then they will allow you to download Application form.

Just to correct: You missed Thier fee step. After submission of application and before sending through tcs, you have to pay Fee online through 1Bill payment. Then they allow to download your application. Then you can proceed with tcs.

@nidamehmood-w9s yes definitely you have to pay for tcs delivery. In my case tcs charges 820. They said 500 is of insurance amount but I'm 90% sure that it was corrupt money for tcs as there was 0 insurance written on my given tcs pay slip. They give me separate slip of 500 that was of different address and didn't linked with HEC anyhow. So, you all can keep this in mind if they ask you insurance amount and didn't mention in the provided pay slip.

It's necessary to attest bechalors degree from university first .when there is also sign of controller on front page

You don't explain how to pay the fee . In TCS office we only pay the TCS services charges , we pay the HEC fee online

I selected both bachelors and masters degree for attestation but after survey steps fill. On mode of attestation page it's only showing bachelors degree selected for attestation

Last time email ai thi k your documents dispatched successfully you will receive in 6 days but is bat ko b mahina guzr gya please koi information hai to btana bhi
