Yes u can. Yes, usat/hat test will be required but for now register yourself for usat/hat in hec etc portal and send application to both hec and Hungary. Initially usat/hat test scores not required,only registeration for test will be enough. Minimum test score 50, but if u get more than 50 than more chances to get scholarship.
