Thank you so much for the Lecture. I have some confusion, on Normal Depth for the Unsteady flow analysis. how to calculate the normal Dept for the Downstream Boundary condition. Secondly, in the detail output of HEC RAS simulation I got the a higher Froude number for one of the cross section. the Froude number in my simulation fluctuate from 0.54- 1.7. but on one cross-section, the Froude number is almost 1900. I don't know how to resolve this problem.

Sir, i am having error while computing unsteady flow analysis Its HDF5 error it says “all chunk dimensions must be less than 2^32” How to solve it

Thanks, Sir, For Making a video for beginners like me. I have a doubt. I have to do sediment transport modeling in HEC-RAS. Which simulation, I mean unsteady flow analysis or Quasi Unsteady flow analysis, is better for Sediment Transport Modeling. I have read some research papers in which the Quasi Unsteady flow is better than the Unsteady, while In some KZbin Video lectures, It is mentioned Unsteady flow is. Please clarify, Sir. Also, if possible for you, Sir, please make at least a video on sediment transport modeling.

Unsteady flow is used to calculate the water surface profile when we run the model without considering the sediment; however, Quasi-Unsteady flow is used when the sediment module is activated. It depends on the objectives of the modeling. Sometimes we use steady flow to make it more simple, even though there is no steady flow in the real world cases. Even we consider the flow as uniform but in reality it's non-uniform, i.e., either gradually varied flow or rapidly varied. These are the assumptions we apply in engineering problems to make things simple.

Is there a solution to the Unsteady flow Flow hydro graph not creating the time intervals correctly thus causing the data to plot wrong? For example my invervals are set to 10 minutes but it counts 00:10, 00:20 , 1:30, 1:40
