The reason the Correctional Officers want prison yards to be dangerous is because they get HAZARD PAY for working on a dangerous yard. They literally get paid more when they have more violence. Thats why they start so much drama. Some are mentally involved like they think they’re G’s but the real issue is that they are compensated for working in a dangerous environment.
