Can you please address the "Offline" issue reported by quite a number of folks who have tried to follow the video. We have set the botStatus to 1 and it still reports status as Offline. I signed up for access to the "Free Community" you linked, but logging simply lands you on a page that displays "Hi username, you’re already logged in."

Other folks appear to have the same issue with bot just stuck in "Offline" but have not received a reply from you. Your forum on your website does not provide any way to ask question and interact.
