I was suffering with sciatica and when i spoke to my grandmother about it then she suggested to sleep only on floor with *non comfortable* mattress / directly on floor. I tried it for 2 days and my back was normal again without any pain. Do not buy / spend money being comfortable unless you have earnings to spend it on hospital bills... I am not against anyone but it's my experience.
