The deep intense age old folklore lovestory of Heer and Ranjha who couldn’t ever come together but forever lived in each other’s hearts. This interpretation is a heartfelt ode to the beauty of this folk dressed up with a full live strings section and my big band recreating the pain, anguish and Immortality.
A collaboration of Akriti & the one and only Shankar Mahadevan whose voice and singing style has infused love and life into the song all over again.
