Ingredients :

Moong dal
Ridge gourd
Onion
Tomato
Oil
Turmeric
Salt
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Curry leaves
Green Chilli
Coriander Leaves
Wash and pressure cook moong dal with ridge gourd along with salt, turmeric and oil. Pressure cook 3 whistles. Add oil in a a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies. Fry for 2 mins, then add curry leaves. Then add onions fry until onions are soft. Then add tomatoes fry until tomatoes are mushy. Now add boiled dal(mash a bit). Mix and adjust consistency by adding water. bring it to a boil and finally add coriander leaves.

ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಎಲೆಗಳು
ಉಪ್ಪು, ಅರಿಶಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಎಣ್ಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೀರೆಕಾಯಿ ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ ಅನ್ನು ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ 3 ಸೀಟಿ. ಬಾಣಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ಸಾಸಿವೆ, ಜೀರಿಗೆ, ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ. 2 ನಿಮಿಷ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ, ನಂತರ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ. ನಂತರ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಮೃದುವಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ. ನಂತರ ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೊ ಮೆತ್ತಗಾಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೊ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ. ಈಗ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ದಾಲ್ ಸೇರಿಸಿ (ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮ್ಯಾಶ್ ಮಾಡಿ). ನೀರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಂದಿಸಿ. ಅದನ್ನು ಕುದಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ.
