nah you did not miss at all with this reaction!! loved it. Also totally agree, this woman has still done countless countless good things as well, not sure why people seem to jump at the woman bc of who she is involved with romantically, regardless whether the homewrecking accusations are true or false, it's never been and never will be anyone's business but theirs (also an accusation that will very likely never be proven true or false anyways) But I am a big fan of her, and her incredible talent for singing & songwriting 💕 this album was one of, if not THE best work she's ever made, every track so unique yet still so inspired by older generations of music, amazing.

Can't imagine having to sing this live knowing it's based on bits & pieces of your life. I can feel your frustration when you were explaining how people are jist getting her business. The thicker lower notes are strongly reminiscent of Whitney Houston to me-especially on the ascending runs at the end of some of her phrases. It was part of Whitney’s signature sound. I was happy to hear it.

14:47 I just can't decide. It is more real and like naked in sense of emotions and storytelling. You feel connected to her more. But positions is such a jam. I could just have a better mood thanks to it. It was like an escape. This is the confrontation with emotions so it is not an escape it is melancholic and it made me sad. But it is beautiful. So I am willing to choose positions because as I said it makes you feel better after a long day when you tired of work and emotions and demons. 💙

Oh, I didn't notice ☺️ We know she's able to do them live, but it's not uncommon to use stems on TV-shows for that guaranteed perfection, so that could very well be right of course. I'd have to double-check to give my opinion on it tho ☺️.

No they are not lip syncing it’s definitely live , if the 2 head voices are lip synced why the first sound like the 2 nd

Yes, the two lines of the bridge with head voice runs on "me" are lipped. If you listen to the entire performance with headphones you'll hear the volume on those parts is a bit too low and her tone is more light and chipmunkish only for those two lines, just like how she sang it in the studio version, while she sings the rest of the song with a deeper tone. The camera zooming out also basically confirms it.
