She was sent from heaven to look after him. Susabi was a hidden god who didnt aware about his power. So Miketsu's mission was teaching him, and serectly watching over, if he became a threat to heaven, she would eliminate him. But raising and teaching susabi had made a deep bond between them. Even when susabi went berserk and destroyed a village, Miketsu didnt follow order, saved Susabi from death and got punished by other gods. After that she lost all the memories and heavily injured, got shrinked into a small maiden now. She's much older than Susabi and had raised him like a mother or older sister.
