Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 Cleaning offset printing machine
First we remove the inkwell with a spatula, from the Impulsion Side we collect to the Service Side.
Second we put on some latex gloves.
Third, we take a roll of paper, we take out 10 sheets to clean the inkwell.
Fourth we put the machine in cleaning task.
Fifth, we separate the blade from the inkwell for cleaning.
Sixth with cleaning products for Graphic Arts we impregnate the pieces of hand-drying paper and we remove the ink that has remained on the inkwell blade, every time the paper is completely dirty, we take another sheet and we clean again until it remains the blade completely clean of ink residue.
Seventh while we clean the inkwell, the machine cleans itself automatically.
