Good question. I use it as decor. I like to decorate my kitchen and putting it under a dome is so cute on the counter. That way I don’t have to worry about it going bad and can use it whenever I want. Hope that help clears it up. I think carrot cakes are so pretty on display for spring.

Heidi, these projects are all amazing and most incredible one is the cake. You did a fantastic job. Maybe some of your Mom's talents are shining through.
