Get ready Texas....it's a stunner of a show. The first twenty minutes seem just like a "nice show".....and then, once they are warmed up....HOLY CATS! It goes into frikken overdrive, So, sit back....and get ready,,,,,you have NEVER seen anything like this. Not on the Castlefest videos....not LIFA,,,,nothing. Heilung does NOT rest on their laurels....they always kick it up a notch.

Saw them in Phoenix last night. My friend and I are of the same opinion. HEILUNG live is a heart stopping and soul changing experience. It is NOT a concert....it is a view into a completely different world.

@@patrickdaniel9670 They got a standing ovation at the Orpheum in Phoenix. It was INCREDIBLE! People were literally so grateful and satisfied no one even asked for an Encore. It's not that we wouldn't have loved one....it was the whole crowd knowing the magic was complete and there was no need to push it. It was gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.

Thankyou for being Heilung! I used to be a big metal head, screaming in a metal band. Haven’t really listened to metal in several years. Always evolving into new and different music whether it’s electronic, pop, new rock, dark synth wave, The Weeknd is my buddy. All this music and i know I have been patiently waiting for something more than music. I was waiting for magic. The tribe who produces this healing magic I have been waiting my waking life for is Heilung. Everybody else, though they are talented, are just music.

The only band that can even comes close to Heilung as far as vocals and vision is Dead Can Dance. Two incredible bands that get us back to our ancient pagan origins. Beautiful music! 🤘🏻

The music they make and the rituals they create are bringing people and me back in to forgotten times looking for forgotten culture and our heritage. It made me dig in to the history of my ancestors, the Germanic tribes of north western Europe. I am Dutch born and living on the lands of the Tuihanti tribe. These parts are now called Twente. It stil sounds close to Tuihanti. I have been looking in to the culture and the misunderstandings and found that a lot of old culture is still in use but in a wrong way. Christmas en new year the month of december is Yuul or Yule. The Dutch Santa Claus and black pete are Wuotan on Sleipenir and Nörwi the boss of the underworld is black Pete. The Christening changed all that culture and religion in to their own. We need to regain our knowledge about the past and the culture to learn and understand where we came from. We exist because they existed and their culture/our culture exist(s)ed. Take the time to listen and find the translations of those tekst. That will make you appreciate it even more.

I think it is because rock is about the drums, and Heilungs early music (and perhaps still) is around the drums, that in some ways give into metal.

I think they came from.underground scene( maybe the rave scene and mutoid waste company ?)the dreadlocks was really used in the 90's such as crust and anarco punk bands.....i really love wardruna and i dont understand people Who think wardruna its like heilung. They..are two differents bands and.really differents sounds..infact listening ofnir a lot of patch by synthetizers came from....not bad at all cause i like loop circles made by electronic stuffs ..( ozric tentacles docet) ..but ancient rites were made by Stone and arms.... Anyway heilung seems to be Great people and of course Great musicians...the second album its theyr best of...in my opinion
