Heimat ist, wenn mein Herz Wellen schlägt...
Die gebürtige Ostfriesin und Autorin Sylvie Gühmann hat ein Gedicht über Heimat geschrieben. Da uns die Textzeilen der Ostfriesin direkt ins Herz getroffen haben, haben wir gemeinsam mit ihr diesen Kurzfilm dazu gedreht.

Ich kann es kaum erwarten meine Frau macht eine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin für Tiere und ich werde Huforthopäde und in 3-4 Jahren geht es nach Ostfriesland 🥰 Ich freu mich jetzt schon die Stadt hinter mir zu lassen

I'd love an English translation. My family emigrated to America from Ostfriesland and I've been trying to learn about where they came from. Despite not knowing the language it looks like a beautiful video :)
