For me it depedends if u have reliable front line ,yes heino is strong after 2 cast of his skill however not made to dish out damage instantly..

Yeah it is for poking enemies and not burst. If our teamates doesnt know how to backup us as meelee Heino or cover us as ranged Heino he'll be fked.

Use the 2nd skill to get close to the enemy to a close enough distance, then use the 1st skill

if you dash into an enemy, so close to an enemy, you become a tank and have a new skill and heal with every hit of that skill
