All custom 1911’s are luxury items. With that said, I truly believe that when you get into true custom guns, they just perform and outlast your standard production guns. I personally am a quality over quantity guy. I often times see people have 15 Glocks, 8 S&W models, a Taurus, and some other stuff. Give me one bespoke 1911 or 2011 and I’ll be happier. Totally up to the end user though… I’m certain many will disagree and that’s fine.

Looks good. Is the frame and slide fitment redone? Do you know if Jason Burton welds the frame or slide so it is thicker and then does a hand fitment?

Frame rails are welded and fit to then refit to the slide.
