I bought my Bernina 800 DL 6/14/2017 from my local Bernina store. It was a used school machine. It came with a free lesson but somehow I never took it. I’ve tried to figure it out with other KZbinrs, and the manual. You just unlocked it for me! Thank you thank you thank you! 💖😻❤️🥳🏆🌹🥰😘

I have been sooooo frustrated trying to keep the lower looper threaded! I couldn't figure out why the thread kept cutting. But I think it's because I kept putting the thread underneath the upper looper arm instead of over it! Thank you so much for making this video!

If I had only had this video when I bought this machine years ago, I would have been thrilled. The manual directions are awful as are the illustrations and I grew so frustrated when this machine didn’t work correctly that I shoved it in a closet and didn’t use it for years. Now, thanks to you, I can use it, it works well and I don’t feel like the stupidest woman alive. Thank you, thank you. Lynn

I'm having trouble with the blue and red threads - on the back they seem to be not sitting flush with the fabric and almost causing the edge of the material to fold over. I've tried playing with the tension but doesn't seem to help. Any advice?
