Sir as we know that e- moves in a fixed orbit so the d btw the nucleus will be same so why not find the pos by stopping the e- and then finding the velocity of the e- then we can say that we found this at a same time.

I have a doubt...... If mass is not given in the question only velocity is given In this case, Should we use the first equation directly or as we already know the mass of electron so we can use 2nd equation by including mass???

This doesn't possible because if velocity is constant then it means that in a particular shell at all places velocity is same which means that the same electron may be in more than one place at same time.
